Spectron Rx is one of the fastest growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in the World. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, we have additional locations in South Bend, IN Bunker Hill, IN, Danbury, CT and a yet to be determined west coast site. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing company. The Project Manager will help organize, manage, and plan complex projects for Spectron Rx’s scientific and financial feasibility for research, development, and product implementation efforts.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
- Lead projects to ensure they are completed on time and to specifications.
- Prepare, coordinate, and present for customer update meetings.
- Collaborate to schedule and facilitate planning sessions for all stakeholders.
- Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and analysis of a client facing projects.
- Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules.
- Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.
- Provide cost analysis, estimating expected costs for projects.
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Project specific ordering and resource planning.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Physical Ability – Ability to lift 25 pounds is required.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
