Summary

HII‑Mission Technologies seeks a Senior Program Manager with a strong background leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive strategic growth. This role blends program leadership, stakeholder management, and market‑facing business development responsibilities. You’ll shape program strategy, build high‑value partnerships, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives that advance our long‑term business objectives.

What You Will Do
  • Lead end‑to‑end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple work streams.
  • Define program scope, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure program outcomes meet quality and performance expectations.
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and communication cadences.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership pathways.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product and strategy teams to translate market insights into actionable program initiatives.
  • Support revenue growth through pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and deal execution.
  • Facilitate decision‑making by synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Influence senior leaders through data‑driven insights and strategic storytelling.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor’s in a related field; or 6 years relevant progressive experience with Master’s; or High School Diploma and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
  • Proven track record leading large, complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication and executive‑level presentation abilities.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
Preferred Experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification (plus).
  • Demonstrated success in business development activities such as partnership development, deal negotiation, or market expansion.
