Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Location: Hybrid 2 (3 days in office per week); alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office

This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

• Provide comprehensive analytic and business insights across Carelon Medical Benefits Management.
• Investigate and manage internal and external issues, including provider issues, shoreline clinical issues, and other inquiries.
• Develop Carelon Medical Benefits Management's solution innovation strategy and lead the business partnership strategy.
• May provide leadership and/or oversight of projects, project teams, and/or external consultants.

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related area and a minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible business and professional experience including 3 years of leadership experience in a related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

• Master's degree preferred.
• Work experience in product development, marketing, or project management preferred.

Salary offered consistent with the range above is based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. Actual compensation may vary from the posted range depending on these factors. The salary range is a good‑faith estimation by Elevance Health and may be adjusted in the future.
