Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management). Setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
• Overseeing guest service: ensuring crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, managing sales promotions, training staff, and maintaining the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Ensuring kitchen quality and speed, food safety, cost control, and staff training on production procedures.
• Hiring, training, and scheduling crew to meet sales and profit goals; recognizing and motivating crew.

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule, passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
