We're recruiting a LIHTC Development Director that supports and leads full‑cycle multifamily affordable housing development, with an emphasis on LIHTC projects from site control through closing and post‑closing. This role works closely with internal teams, legal counsel, municipal officials, and community stakeholders to advance approximately four to six developments annually.
Responsibilities- Support RFQs/RFPs, negotiate LOIs and site control documents.
- Coordinate due diligence and entitlement efforts.
- Assist with LIHTC and other funding applications.
- Present projects for Investment Committee approval.
- Partner with design, pre‑construction, finance, and property management teams through closing.
- Manage post‑closing requirements.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to a Development Associate.
The role can be based in multiple markets where our client has a presence, or it could be fully remote for the right candidate.
