We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead and manage a team of 10 technicians in our manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring smooth operations across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems, while supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

• Lead and manage a team of 10 maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.
• Utilize CMMS and SAP systems for maintenance planning and reporting.

• Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V.
• Willingness to be on-call as needed.
• Ability to do overtime.

Work first shift Monday - Friday in a food-grade plastic facility. The facility maintains high safety and operational standards and has a solid customer base, ensuring stability and growth opportunities.

This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
