Indianapolis, IN 46208. Job Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $20–22/hr + Benefits.

- Perform unit inspections.
- Assist with move‑out documentation.
- Walk vacant units.
- Enter the system and track maintenance work orders.
- Process all accounts payable documentation.
- Prepare and distribute various community notices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience:
1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD/Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience. - Education:
High School diploma, or associate’s degree is a big plus. Having COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM is a plus – you will be given the chance to obtain as an associate. - Dependability:
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. - Resident Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued residents.
- Operational Excellence:
You’re deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality. - Technically Savvy:
You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
