Overview
Cleaning Support Technician — Clean Team is hiring for the South Bend, IN area to assist our management team and support daily operations. The role is ideal for someone dependable, flexible, and willing to step in where needed to help keep our sites running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Fill in open shifts and assist managers by guiding and supporting on-site team members.
- Perform general cleaning tasks and deep cleaning projects as needed.
- Typical duties may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and detailed deep cleaning.
- Work independently or as part of a team to ensure daily site operations run smoothly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and adaptability to changing schedules or locations.
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel between locations within the South Bend area may be necessary.
