Position: Maintenance Technician – Off Shift

Pay: $25-32 per hour

Shift: 5‑day 8 hour shift options:

• 3:30pm-12am Monday – Friday
• 11:30pm-8am Sunday night – Friday morning

OR 4‑day 10 hour shifts

• 3:30pm – 2am Monday – Thursday or Tuesday – Friday
• 10:30pm – 9am Sunday – Wednesday or Tuesday - Friday

Bio Town Biogas ("BTB") is a waste‑to‑value company that utilizes waste organic products to produce renewable electricity and natural gas. BTB focuses on producing low‑cost energy while reducing carbon emissions.

The Maintenance Technician will operate and maintain equipment to maximize gas quality and uptime of the gas upgrade system (GUS) and related digesters.

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on equipment supporting digester health.
• Troubleshoot and complete work orders within the maintenance system.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas following 5S principles.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical circuits.
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy through the maintenance system.
• Review manuals and improve maintenance strategies.
• Identify gaps in work instructions and enhance repair tasks.
• Find improvements to reduce downtime and costs.
• Learn other business areas to support operational improvement.

• 12‑hour rotating shift.
• Paid weekly with overtime after 40 hours.
• Full‑time position with full benefits after 90 days (Health, Dental, Vision and additional options).
• Uniforms available after 60 days.
• Paid vacation after 6 months of full‑time employment per PTO policy.
