PAY: $15.00 PER HOUR

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is looking for motivated individuals to join our professional cleaning team to perform janitorial services in commercial buildings located in Kendallville, IN.

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of floors and stairs
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning sinks, countertops in break rooms
• Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas
• Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners, cleaning receptacles as necessary
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to work effectively independently or with a team
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn

• Acceptable Criminal Background Check
• Reliable transportation
• Driver's license required if cleaning multiple buildings
• Ability to pass an onsite drug screen
• Routine walking, standing, bending and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds
