Route Service Technician

Auto-Chlor System is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual who we can train and develop into a skilled Route Service Tech. This is a role for those seeking a career and who enjoy learning. We provide in depth and continuous training. Top performers can advance into leadership roles.

• preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines
• product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants
• invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training
• build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities
• participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems.
• Sales mindset — able to identify growth opportunities and build trust.
• High accountability, reliability, and pride in work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• $65,000 - $70,000 annual earning potential (base pay + overtime).
