Position Summary:
The Customer Care Technician is responsible for pulling required service parts and is expected to work with integrity, documenting, processing, and occasionally delivering orders.
Duties / Responsibilities:
* Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
* Reviewing parts orders and pulling parts.
* Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct and that the correct parts were pulled.
* Packaging, shipping or delivering parts to customers.
* Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
* Maintaining documentation for shipment and delivery.
* Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and/or transportation services to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
* Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.
* Creating individual processes to improve our customers' experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher, preferred.
* Valid driver's license with clean driving record
* Basic mechanical knowledge
* Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
* Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers
* Thorough knowledge of job-related policies
* Good driving record (Criminal Background Checks / Motor Vehicle Records checks and extensive DOT drug test will be performed), required.
Physical Demands:
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.
* Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
* Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
* Work primarily involves sitting / standing, up to 4 hours at a time.
Travel Requirements:
* Daily travel possible
