Position

Full-Time 2nd Shift Maintenance & Custodial Supervisor

• Supervises and maintains 2nd shift custodial staff
• Performs preventative maintenance by routine checks and replace worn parts.
• Identifies mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues through inspection.
• Fixes structrual or functional problems, including patching drywall, painting, and repairing furniture or fixtures.
• Maintains and repairs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical wiring and plumbing systems.
• Ensure buildings are in a clean and orderly condition.
• This list is not inclusive of every task or responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance, Buildings and Grounds, and Bus Garage.

260 Days

$22.22 - $28.16 per hour
