The Housekeeper performs cleaning services for the office building to ensure sanitary and cleanliness.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed.
• Clean tables and microwaves in kitchens and cafeteria areas.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards.
• Ensure security of all areas after cleaning (e.g., locking doors, turning off lights).
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily checklists.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Reliable and punctual

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must have ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. periodically
