Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as maintenance and repair, troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and supporting industrial maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of machinery and systems. The role requires hands-on technical work with a focus on maintaining equipment efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance practices
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for and resolving technical issues
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance activities to ensure equipment longevity
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of mechanical and industrial systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or industrial systems is a plus
