JANITOR (FULL TIME) – ESFM® USA

Location: Rolls Royce – Tibbs Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46241 (online applications only).

Schedule: Full‑time, 5 shifts per week, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm permanece variando (detalles durante la entrevista).

Pay: $17.00 per hour.

Requirement: Previous janitor experience preferred.

Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

• .API and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return furniture to its correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using the allocated materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces and follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform tasks in compliance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
