OverviewBuckingham is seeking a senior‑level maintenance professional who is committed to the success of others, employs stellar communication practices, and builds trusting relationships. The Maintenance Supervisor will instill a culture of resilience, accountability, and exceptional customer service while driving innovative industry practices.
Qualifications- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for 24‑hour, on‑call maintenance as scheduled.
- Owned smartphone device (cell‑phone reimbursement awarded).
- Experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
- Overall maintenance of properties, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and organizing physical needs.
- Lead repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment, and refurbishment of apartments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
