Maintenance Repairer Weekday Nights

Description

Maintenance Repairers are essential to Rochester Metal Products, supporting ongoing production through troubleshooting and repairing foundry equipment. These positions are scheduled for Monday to Thursday, twelve-hour shifts.

• Maintenance Class AA: $38.66
• Maintenance Class A: $37.62
• Maintenance Class B: $36.58
• Maintenance Class C: $33.98
• Maintenance Trainee: $25.59

• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, or occasionally more.
• Ability to work in high heat environments.
• Adherence to all safety procedures and requirements.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
• Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and management.
• Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Proper use of PPE as required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and directions with attention to detail.
