Indiana office. This is an outstanding opportunity to work beside experienced trial attorneys on meaningful cases with room to grow.

- Take ownership of a portfolio of civil litigation cases.
- Develop and lead case strategy.
- Case evaluation.
- Discovery.
- Trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court, including arguing motions and examining witnesses.
- Partner with litigation support staff and fellow attorneys.
- Communicate regularly with clients and advise on risks, strategy, and outcomes.
- Stay current on industry trends and legal developments.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Indiana law license in good standing.
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, and/or experience involving financial institutions.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cases from start to finish.
- Skilled in legal research and writing.
- Strong advocacy and courtroom presentation.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Clear, confident communicator with clients and teammates.
- Organized, independent, and able to meet deadlines.
