Amundsen Davis seeks an attorney to join the firm’s Health Care group in its Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate is licensed in Indiana and has a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in health care law to handle regulatory compliance matters dealing with state agencies, False Claims Act and Anti‑Kickback issues, among others. Experience handling commitment hearings is a plus, and a background working in‑house in a hospital or health care entity is helpful.
Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with little direction are required.
