Product Support Specialist (IT Call Center)

Creative Works, Inc. seeks a full‑time Product Support Specialist to provide technical support across Windows and Linux environments, low‑voltage wiring, PCB/PLC development, and immersive attraction systems.

We create powerful emotions and memories through immersive attractions. For over 28 years we have delivered the WOW Effect to theme parks, museums, and other venues.

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat; manage on‑call schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Advanced configuration of Windows and Linux systems.
• Develop and support creative projects such as escape rooms, laser tag, special effect lighting, virtual reality, and arcade attractions.
• Concept to implementation for complex projects.
• Low‑voltage wiring, PCB and PLC development.
• Diagnose and resolve common PC hardware and software errors.
• Design and implement network solutions.
• Maintain internal IT and data management.
• Communicate status, concerns, and solutions effectively.

• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Independent, organized, able to follow directions and accomplish tasks.
• Handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Logical reasoning, resourceful, and detail oriented.
• Proactive problem‑solving.

• Experience in technical or related field (IT, audio/video, telecommunications, etc.).
• Proficient in small electronic repairs, low‑voltage wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux advanced settings and configurations.
• Safe use of power and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Full‑time, salary: $42,500 per year.
• Hours:
  
  Monday–Friday 9 am–6 pm; rotating on‑call every 3rd Saturday.
