Technical Services Intern

Location: Indianapolis

We’re looking for well-rounded, motivated students to join us for a 10-week paid internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience, build your professional network, and develop valuable skills in a dynamic business environment.
** What You’ll Experience
** As a
** Technical Services intern
** at FHLBank, you’ll:
* Assist with imaging and configuration of devices
* Support software and application deployments
* Provide end-user technical support
* Complete new hire setup tasks
* Decommission hardware and related assets
* Participate in device refresh cycles
* Assist with vulnerability management
* Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate across teams and present analytical results effectively
* Contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study
* Gain exposure to the finance and banking industry
* Participate in team-building activities, a group project, a community service event, and professional development sessions (including dining etiquette!)
** Who We’re Looking For
** We’re seeking students who:
* Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies. Graduate students encouraged to apply!
* Are majoring in
** System Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study
*** Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
* Work well independently and in team settings
* Are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to solve problems
