Need a Contracts Analyst who has experience with Microsoft, Dell, any clinical applications that are used in hospital care or settings would be amazing. For example, any Epic, EMR related skillsets, would be helpful. But anyone that has worked as a contract analyst in contract work, whether it's technology or supply chain, typically will have the mold and experience. And need the negotiating experience for any type of contract.
So that technology part is important and that would be the main focus. We have 7 people on the team and 3 of them are focused on staffing but the other 4 handle the bigger IT Services, Hardware, Software negotiations and contracts.
- 5–7 years in contract analysis, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Reviewing business terms.
- Identifying risks or operational impacts.
- Preparing negotiation summaries.
- Managing renewals, pricing, and vendor performance.
- Comfortable negotiating technology, supply chain, or operational contracts, focusing on business, financial, and service-level terms.
- Experience collaborating with legal teams, but not responsible for drafting legal language or performing legal review.
Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting contracts involving Microsoft, Dell, or other major IT vendors;
Epic, EMR/EHR systems, or clinical applications used in hospital settings;
SaaS, hardware, software licensing, and IT services agreements.

- Strong negotiation skills with vendors across technology, supply chain, or clinical operations.
- Experience partnering with IT leadership, Clinical departments, Supply chain, Finance, Legal (for escalations and final review).
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools.
- Understanding of healthcare operational needs, including privacy and compliance considerations (without performing legal analysis).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
