Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Tier 2 Support Technician to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for providing Tier 2 and 3 support to include provisioning, installing, configuring, and maintaining systems hardware and software.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support clients in their day-to-day operations
- Provide high level customer support with strong communication skills
- Support infrastructure and participate in upgrades
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Experience troubleshooting system, application, hardware and networking issues
- Exposure to Active Directory, Exchange, O365, and overall infrastructure issues
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand a business need
- Assist clients with troubleshoot technical issues
This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $35/hr based on experience. They offer benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, and additional perks.
