A company is looking for a Protocol Engineer.
Key Responsibilities Design and ship new blockchain protocols focused on scalability, security, and decentralization Conduct crypto and protocol research, exploring advanced cryptography and novel consensus mechanisms Build cross-chain interoperability solutions and improve existing protocols within high-impact blockchain ecosystems
Required Qualifications Deep experience building and deploying blockchain protocols or decentralized systems at scale Strong proficiency in Rust, Go, or other systems-level languages
Experience with blockchain architecture, cryptographic primitives, or consensus algorithms Familiarity with smart contract development (Cosm Wasm, Solidity, or similar frameworks) Interest or experience in open-source contributions or blockchain security
