Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience in program management, analytics, or data governance Experience in Customer Success operations or complex SaaS data environments Proven ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional initiatives Experience collaborating with BI, data engineering, or analytics product teams
