Primary Function /Purpose：负责区域内公司产品在临床的宣传和推广工作；执行公司的产品策略及业务活动，并达成公司目标；在劳动合同期内，公司可能会根据经营情况、管理需要等因素调整员工负责产品或所在产品组。Key Responsibilities：能够完成公司制定的辖区内业务计划；与当地客户建立良好的关系，开拓潜在的医院渠道客户，并对既有的客户进行维护；能够准确的向目标客户提供药物的特点、疗效及注意事项等资料信息；充分了解市场状态及时向公司反馈竞争状况等市场信息并做出适当建议；适应团队建设，积极参与和配合跨部门合作；为公司树立良好的专业形象；对公司的商业秘密做到保密。Qualification/Requirements：全日制本科学历，医院相关专业优先；有相关领域产品，医药推广经验优先；较好的学术推广能力和大客户管理能力；较好的业务规划和解决问题能力。Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
