We're looking for a Business Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. This person will help us understand and use data to make better decisions, especially in sales and planning. You'll work with internal TE Connectivity tools like IHS, IBP, SAP, and EDI systems, and help make sure our data is clean, reliable, and useful.

• Support Sales & Commercial Teams:
  Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to cross analyze data and share insights that help grow the business. Use data to help teams make smart decisions.
• Analyze Data & Create Reports:
  Look at past and current sales data to find patterns, trends and opportunities. Build simple, clear dashboards and reports to track performance.
• Work with Systems:
  Use tools like IHS, IBP, SAP, and EDI to pull and manage data. Make sure data is consistent across systems and departments.
• Protect Data Integrity & Accuracy:
  Keep data clean and reliable – integrity means the data is complete and trustworthy, and accuracy means it's correct, protected, and compliant. These two go hand-in-hand to support good planning and decision‑making.
• Improve Processes:
  Spot areas where we can work smarter with data. Help teams use data more effectively.

• BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, statistics or similar.
• 2 years of experience in a business analyst or data support role.
• Strong knowledge of Excel - this is essential.
• Experience with IHS, IBP, SAP, and EDI systems.
• Good with numbers and able to explain data in a simple way.
• Soft skills are very important - we value people who communicate well, work well with others, and are curious and proactive.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Languages required:
  English, French, and Arabic.

• Experience in manufacturing, tech, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
