Location: Indianapolis
A leading pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis is seeking an IT Help Desk Apprentice to support workforce IT needs. This role is part of the Tech@Lilly Program, blending training and on-the-job learning aimed at preparing candidates for a future position. Responsibilities include providing IT support, managing tickets, and identifying trends to improve service. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma and relevant IT experience.
Work hours are from 11am to 8pm, including weekends and holidays.
