* Purpose:

** The IT Audit Lead is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of IT audits, advisory engagements, and risk assessments across the organization’s technology environment. This role leads planning and fieldwork for assigned audits, coordinates with business and IT stakeholders, ensures that audit work meets professional and internal quality standards, and assists in the drafting of audit observations.

The IT Audit Lead plays a key role in assessing the effectiveness of IT controls, cybersecurity practices, system implementations, and change management processes, and serves as a subject‑matter resource to both Internal Audit and the broader organization.

** Specific Responsibilities:
*** Lead end-to-end IT audit engagements, including scoping, risk assessment, testing strategy, fieldwork, and reporting.
* Design and execute audit procedures that adhere to IIA standards and internal audit methodology.
* Prepare audit work papers and reports that document the audit work performed and any internal control issues identified during the audit.
* Communicates audit findings and recommendations to the Director, IT Audit or to the SVP, Chief Internal Audit Officer.
* Supervise and review the work of IT Auditors or Senior IT Auditors.
* Assist in managing relationships with third-party providers providing co-sourcing/outsourcing services.
* Support the annual IT risk assessment and audit plan development.
* Assists other audit staff, external auditors and regulators as necessary.
* Performs special assignments or audits as directed.

*** Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field. CISA certification preferred.
* 3-5 years’ experience in IT audit or technology risk with public accounting experience preferred.
