We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT/OT Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing the IT implementation and technology integration development from the IT/OT perspective based on APMT/Maersk standard solutions as well as to comply with Terminal specific processes and technology. Ensure adherence of best practices regarding IT and OT solutions, including recommendations for usage from other APM Terminals and Regions.

Manage and execute projects within the IT/OT area ensuring fulfillment of established SLA with the other functions. Contribute to cost efficiencies by identifying saving opportunities and manifesting cost leadership behavior. Leading the Level 1 and Level 2 IT/OT engineering team.

Key responsibilities
  • Cisco - CCNP Routing and Switching or Cisco - CCNP Enterprise
  • Manage the IT/OT landscape within the specified terminal domain
  • Lead the execution of upgrades, enhancements and changes to the IT/OT infrastructure in scope, in line with global standard change management practices, IT service management processes and without service interruption
  • Ensure the right inputs and manage the IT/OT infrastructure lifecycle, keeping it up to date and execute on agreed changes
  • Ensure integrity on the entire infrastructure landscape and other relevant systems and sub-systems to meet automation design and concepts
  • Provide incident management and root cause analysis in line with standard incident management processes and within agreed service levels on a 24x7 basis
  • Provide effective vendor management
  • Ensure the right level of support to the Quality Assurance test activities for all IT/OT infrastructure under the scope of work.
  • Drive agile thinking and ways of working to maximize collaboration and value creation.
  • Manage the Shift IT/OT team according to the defined scope of work
What we are looking for
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge to troubleshoot a wide variety of IT/OT systems
  • Must be multi-task oriented with proven ability to manage several activities and teams simultaneously
  • Must have good analytical skills to be able to relate and analyze the business requirements and drive the activities according to the business needs
  • Strong organizational and personal discipline skills
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management
  • Ability to assess business issues, identify risks and to interpret them into technology solutions/requirements
  • Understanding of project management, change management, escalation processes and vendor management
  • Proven demonstrated ability to be a team player as well can work independently within the defined project, maintaining good relationship to customer, staff and other project team members
  • Understanding of Port Equipment, Automated systems and controls and related industrial infrastructures architecture
