Responsibilities include:

• Serve as a Lead Functional Consultant
  with extensive Net Suite ERP implementation and optimization expertise
• Analyze business needs
  to ensure the Oracle Net Suite solution meets customer objectives by combining leading practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
• Resolve complex customer issues
  by recommending and delivering effective solutions
• Collaborate closely with the customer success team
  to quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans, and implement solutions that meet or exceed expectations
• Delivering exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty is a top priority. In this role, you will often work under pressure, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and consistently strive to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct functional requirements‑gathering sessions and solution workshops
• Communicate clearly and confidently
