We are looking for a dedicated On‑Site Engineer to join our team, providing hands‑on assistance to our clients and ensuring their systems operate smoothly and efficiently.
Base pay range$70,000 – $80,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software issues.
- Provide on‑site support as needed.
- Resolve client challenges remotely via phone, chat or email.
- Track customer issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Update and maintain client information or documentation in our systems.
- Previous experience in IT.
- Previous call‑center experience required.
- Managed Service Provider experience preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
