We are looking for a SCADA/MES Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support manufacturing systems. The role focuses on SCADA/MES application development, system integration, and automation to support manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

• Design, develop, test, and support SCADA/MES applications
• Work with business and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Integrate SCADA/MES systems with PLCs, ERP, and WMS platforms
• Develop and support APIs and data integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Perform system configuration, security management, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Support SDLC activities including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of SCADA experience
• 1+ year of Ignition SCADA experience (mandatory)
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems integrated with PLCs
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and expression languages
• Understanding of MES, OEE, Track & Trace, and manufacturing workflows
• Experience with system integrations and enterprise-scale applications
• Stable job history and currently employed

• US work authorization (US Citizen / Green Card / TN Visa)
• Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
