• Extensive expertise in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Proven experience with Salesforce and familiarity with cloud data platforms

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, including chatbots and automation platforms
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex data sets
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
