Data Hall Design Technical Program Manager

Oracle's Data Center Centralized Functions Organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager with expertise in project control to join our growing team as we aim to enhance our project management capabilities. With the rapid expansion of Oracle's data center footprint, we are committed to improving our project tracking and control processes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries for our customers.

The Technical Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Data Hall Design TPM function, which is responsible for monitoring and managing various aspects of data center projects, including schedule, risk, and performance. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong program management skills and experience in project control tools and methodologies.

• Understand the design, build, commissioning & delivery of data center critical infrastructure & network capacity for Oracle Cloud.
• Develop, manage, review and research complex multi-faceted, larger scale construction project plans, and operational challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver the project and represent the Design team in cross-OCI meetings.
• Build trusted relationships with immediate team, external stakeholders, and vendors to influence decisions for the benefit of the business.
• Respond on an as-needed basis to data center build and construction related emergencies.
• Conduct weekly project meetings with core teams to provide feedback and assist in addressing concerns and removing roadblocks.
