Ecommerce Operations Lead

We’re seeking a hands-on E-Commerce & Technology Strategist to own and scale SILCA’s digital commerce ecosystem. This role blends operational excellence with technical fluency: you’ll manage day-to-day online sales performance across Shopify, Amazon, and emerging marketplaces, while also bridging the connection between external partners, B2B sales team, and our internal systems to support growth and scale.

The right candidate thrives at the intersection of commerce, data, and technology — equally comfortable building reports in Excel, testing and validating automations, collaborating with consultants, and strategizing with leadership.

• Oversee Shopify storefronts D2C and B2B (UX updates, merchandising, product launches, SEO), while coordinating with external consultants on advanced development and growth projects.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including listings, ads, compliance, Inventory and growth initiatives, in close collaboration with outside Amazon consultants/agencies.
• Expand and manage SILCA’s presence on future marketplaces such as Tik Tok, , Tmall, Taobao and other major e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing on email/SMS platforms (Hub Spot, Gorgias, Klaviyo, etc.) for promotions, abandoned cart flows, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
• Plan and structure E-commerce campaigns for monthly sales activations (BOGO, Bundles, checkout promotions, Flows).
• Optimize digital merchandising — product content, images, and pricing strategies.
• Track and improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.

• Act as the in-house tech strategist for e-commerce, recommending and project managing the implementation of new tools (apps, APIs, connectors).
• Partner with finance/ops on integrations between Shopify, Amazon, and ERP (Net Suite).
• Build and maintain dashboards & reports (Excel/BI/Net Suite) for KPIs including sales, margins, channel mix, and ad ROI.
• Monitor and manage automation connector success (Celigo, Zapier, or equivalent).

• 3–5+ years managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central (brand-side preferred).
• Experience working with or managing outside consultants/agencies for Amazon and/or Shopify.
• Experience with CRM & marketing platforms (Hub Spot, Gorgias, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Analytical mindset; able to interpret performance data and act on insights.
• Tech-curious: ability to self-learn software platforms current and future.
• Bonus: familiarity with Net Suite ERP or equivalent.

• A builder and optimizer — someone who thrives in both tactical execution and long-range digital planning.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset — able to work with leadership, marketing, operations, outside consultants, and customer service.
• Passion for cycling, outdoor, or performance-driven consumer brands is a plus.
