As a Life Sciences Client Partner
, you will be responsible for owning and expanding existing strategic client relationships within the US Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. This role focuses on deepening partnerships, driving revenue growth through account expansion, and delivering consultative, solution-led value across assigned accounts. You will act as a point of accountability for client satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account health.
- Drive account growth through cross-sell and upsell of analytics, data engineering, data science and AI/ML solutions within existing accounts.
- Own the full opportunity lifecycle within assigned accounts, from opportunity identification and solution shaping to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to client priorities and revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline within existing accounts and consistently achieve growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned existing Life Sciences accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business, technology, and data leaders across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare organizations.
- Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities, operating models, and regulatory environments.
- Partner with clients to identify opportunities across Life Sciences value chains, including R&D, clinical development, commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, pharmacovigilance, and real-world evidence.
- Translate client business challenges into scalable, data- and analytics-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML teams to co-create differentiated solutions.
- Lead proposal creation, client presentations, and executive-level discussions.
- Act as the escalation point for client issues and ensure delivery excellence in partnership with internal delivery and engagement teams.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes to drive high client satisfaction and retention.
- Support renewals, contract expansions, and long-term engagement continuity.
- Stay current on Life Sciences and Healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging data, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
- Provide insights to internal teams to refine offerings and strengthen client relevance.
- Own account-level KPIs including revenue growth, pipeline health, client satisfaction, and engagement expansion.
- Provide accurate forecasting, account reviews, and growth plans to leadership.
- Contribute to portfolio-level growth strategy for Life Sciences accounts.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, IT services, analytics, or technology services.
- Strong background in Life Sciences account management, client partnership, or relationship management roles.
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing enterprise Life Sciences accounts.
- Solid understanding of data analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, and digital platforms in Life Sciences contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
