Architect(UKG) RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces the detail surrounding accepted EA frameworks and logical system designs.
Uses guiding principles & architectural policies to produce solution designs that anchor to IT portfolio standards and ensure long-term operational and administrative efficiencies.
The architect is detail-oriented and thorough with the analysis and direction provided to development teams.
Ensures delivery teams are equipped with the leadership and guidance necessary to successfully deliver their solutions.
Configure, test, and optimize rules, pay codes, accruals, workflows, tiles, and analytics within UKG Pro WFM to meet specific business requirements.
Execute regression testing, support production issues, and provide user training and documentation for configured features.
Deep expertise in specific UKG Pro areas (e.g., Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Data Hub) with strong skills in test plan execution and troubleshooting configuration defects.
Broad knowledge of UKG Pro capabilities, integration patterns (e.g., Boomi, APIs), and adjacent systems (ERP, benefits, identity), plus understanding of security, performance, and scalability concerns.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience required.
- Requires knowledge of frameworks and design tools.
- Requires deep expertise in at least one technology domain.
