Job Title: IT Support Specialist

SUMMARY:
This is a tactical support role in which you'll be deploying, repairing, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks within and related to the organization. This position is customer facing and will be the first responder for day to day issues as they arrive.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist individuals with any technology related issues that are directly related to the company.
- Maintain accurate records for equipment inventory, license assignment and support requests.
- Updating / Creating documentation for both internal and external consumption.
- Testing and repairing equipment.
- Imaging, deploying and recovering computers, phones, tablets and other related equipment.
- Supporting and maintaining printers and copiers.
- Train user to work with new computer hardware or software.
- Bachelor Degree or pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Technology
- Desire to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of computers and networks
- Understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Understanding of the Internet and related technologies
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds occasionally. Frequently required to sit for extended periods of time while using a computer.
