Design and build cutting-edge machine vision and automated control systems that power the production of life‑saving medical devices. You will collaborate on every stage of development—from initial concept and prototyping to software coding and troubleshooting—to create the sophisticated equipment used in advanced manufacturing and testing. These systems will use artificial intelligence (AI) to make decisions and intelligent automation (IA) to aid humans in decision‑making.

- Design vision systems, including specifying cameras, lighting, and lensing requirements.
- Participate on project teams to develop clear specifications, evaluate feasibility of concepts, and provide formal estimates for vision system designs.
- Integrate machine vision systems into PC‑ or PLC‑based systems.
- Apply industry standards in artificial intelligence and deep machine learning to solve complex vision inspections.
- Collect and analyze inspection results to validate the robustness of vision system changes.
- Complete project deliverables and monitor project schedule and scope to ensure timely delivery.
- Explain factual information of limited complexity to others in straightforward situations.
- Organize, present, and explain data and information to internal and external audiences.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in a related job category.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.

- Proven ability to influence without authority.
- Prior Boston Scientific experience.
- Certified Vision Professional - Basic.
- Fluent in programming languages, packages, and concepts, including:
- C++
- C# / .NET

- OpenCV
- Communication protocols and IP configuration

Minimum Salary:$68100
Maximum Salary: $129400
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
