System Support Specialist

Job Title: System Support Specialist
Job Duration: 6 months on W2
Job Location: Indianapolis, IN

Short Term Role: 6 month coverage until End of June/ Early July. Schedule to be discussed during Interview.

• Provide end‑user support for key systems such as SAP ECC, Ivalua, Coupa, and Docu Sign, ensuring data safeguarding and security measures are adhered to.
• Reduce end‑user queries from global business users by identifying common issues and implementing solutions that encourage self‑service support.
• Work with IT and external partners to ensure all system issues are resolved in a timely manner while communicating status effectively with the business.
• Support process, system administration for key GBS applications and IT solutions.

• Knowledge and experience in Procurement and Supply Chain functions.
• Excellent knowledge of key systems and expertise in at least one of:
  Sourcing, Contract Management, Spend Management, Spend Analytics.
• Excellent IT skills with ability to manage and interrogate large data sets effectively.
• Strong problem‑management and technical skills.
• Interpersonal skills to quickly establish effective working relationships across geographical and cultural borders.
• Resourceful, self‑managed, and goal‑driven with the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Minimum 3 years industry experience in IT or a related business area, including experience with small to medium‑size project delivery.
• Technical or business degree (or equivalent).
• Ability to identify and lead improvement ideas that result in working efficiencies.
