About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in defining the roadmap, collaborating across teams, and shipping products that drive real impact for our customers. You will be hands on and dig in deep with the trio of product, engineering, and user experience to drive your strategic vision to the market.
You will be relentless in solving product market fit and validating your hunches through early and often experimentation. You have experience and technical savvy with solving software product solutions and can drive growth through delivering validated product slices with fast moving teams. - Coach and mentor to enable high performing teams and drive product success.
- Establish growth opportunities to broaden your TOM. Identify new TAM and align the overarching product vision and strategy across multiple verticals. Going deep to solve customer pain points while delivering measurable and demonstrable business outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by seeking out customer pains and gains from internal stakeholders.
- Identify specific gaps in retention and product market fit across multiple areas across multiple product ownership verticals. Create experiments and methods to rapidly solve for these gaps.
- Establish product KPIs and ensure accountability to performance while driving results from product research into the backlog for multiple development teams while managing the outcome launch strategies to ensure broader product evolution based on customer and business metrics.
- Drive multiple development teams by breaking down valuable work, coordinating delivery slices, and ensuring sprints deliver customer and business outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key product segments in the Sales Ai platform coordinating smooth operations from go-to-market to product sun setting and support.
- Engage with customers to gather insights, validate assumptions, and ensure product-market fit.
- Analyze product performance and user behavior using data tools.
- Be the product champion of the trio of (Valuable, Usable, Feasible) with engineering and UX to drive clarity for customer pains and gains that turn into product outcomes to enable business goals.
- Be a player coach and contribute individually with work breakdown facilitation as well as strategic vision casting using tools such as Figma, Jira, Productboard, and others.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset across the organization by bringing clarifying value as the voice of the customer across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Define the product direction and strategy for product areas within Sales Ai leading your area of product roadmap by managing goals and financial and resource investments to scale in our market.
- Engage with customers to understand their strategies, end-to-end business processes, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy and provide transparency into roadmaps/managing expectations.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal Sales Ai teams to drive product and delivery success. Analyze landscape and industry trends to advance our products and drive innovation.
