Summary:

Data Scientists build advanced analytical models and use machine learning to extract insights from complex datasets. They support strategic decision-making and predictive analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify data needs.
  • Create visualizations and reports for stakeholders.
  • Optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
  • Ensure model accuracy, reproducibility, and scalability.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis.
  • Document models, assumptions, and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging tools and algorithms.
  • Mentor junior analysts and data engineers.
    • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor s or Master s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 3-6 years of experience in data science or analytics.
    • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.
    • Strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    Preferred Skills/Duties:
    • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
    • Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, and AI frameworks.
    • Excellent data storytelling and presentation abilities.
    • Familiarity with data engineering pipelines.
