Lilly is entering an exciting period of growth, and we are committed to delivering innovative medicines to patients around the world. LRL has increasing needs for in-house manufacture of material for clinical supplies and will therefore construct a new campus to manufacture Clinical Trial (CT) Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) to meet needs for an expanding portfolio (more and new areas), to accelerate development timelines, and to enhance supply chain robustness.

The brand-new facility also known as Lilly Medicine Foundry (LMF) will utilize the latest technology to augment the current clinical supply chain for small molecules (SM), oligonucleotides, peptides, and Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs), monoclonal antibodies and bioconjugates, and add new capabilities including mRNA.

The new site will be built using the latest high-tech equipment, advanced highly integrated and automated manufacturing systems, and have a focus on minimizing the impact to our environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Supply Chain Analyst you will play a pivotal role in aligning business needs with supply chain technology solutions for the Foundry. Responsibilities will involve interacting with the supply chain business leads and global Tech@Lilly support functions to assist with the implementation of supply chain IT systems such as ERP, Cold Chain, inbound and outbound clinical supply chain systems and scheduling and planning solutions.

How

You’ll Succeed
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, quality) and IT teams. You will ensure that technology solutions are aligned with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as Tech@Lilly key contact SME for Foundry supply chain IT systems.
  • Leverage strong understanding of functional business processes to enable key area stakeholders to meet business outcomes.
  • Accurately translate business processes into technical terms and vice versa.
  • Produce and maintain project and validation documentation.
  • Ensure systems remain in a validated state and manage their lifecycle through releases, recapitalization, and retirement.
  • Ensure the incident, problem, configuration, and change/release management are all accomplished in alignment with and understanding of business needs.
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain and site Tech at Lilly teams to implement integration solutions between systems such as SAP S/4

    HANA, SAP eWM, MES, LIMS, QMS, AGVs and additional systems when identified.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional IT support to end-users and addressing their needs promptly.

Your Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of IT experience working with supply chain technologies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Lilly will not provide support or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.
What You Should Bring
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), such as FDA regulations for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Solid knowledge of Computer System Validation process.
