Roadmap:
Define and execute the strategy for a large-scale existing ecosystem in the clinical trial space, ensuring consistent delivery across interconnected digital products and prioritizing investments based on impact and feasibility. - Team First Mentality: Promote a no‑ego, collaborative culture that prioritizes shared success and represents the product team with humility and integrity.
- Business Partnership Champion: Translate business leaders’ goals into a compelling product vision, collaborating closely with business, technical, and engineering teams to deliver user‑centered, technically sound solutions aligned with Lilly’s strategy.
- Technical Collaboration and Standards: Work with Tech@Lilly Engineering leadership to evaluate architectural trade‑offs, establish technical standards, and ensure scalable, cross‑portfolio solutions. li>
- Operational Excellence and Resource Planning: Lead portfolio‑level resource allocation, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement and Thought Leadership:Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, representing Lilly’s product vision and contributing to industry thought leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering transformational digital products in both start‑up and enterprise environments.
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of complex ecosystem products and ability to partner and guide teams to deliver reliable, compliant systems.
- Strong technical expertise, capability to evaluate complex architectures and guide decision‑making.
- Resilience in navigating ambiguity and driving progress in fast‑paced environments.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, including engagement with C‑level executives.
- Demonstrated experience building or managing complex cloud and data ecosystem platforms.
- Industry recognition as a thought leader in product management or digital health.
- Experience with modular platform design and shared component libraries.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
- Focus on digital health or regulated industries such as healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in clinical trial platforms is a plus.

Compensation for this full‑time position is $162,000 – $268,400 per year, plus a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
