We’re hiring senior-level data Scientist with extensive experience in multi-omic data integration. This role offers opportunities for impactful discoveries in cancer detection while working collaboratively with top cancer institutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Integrating and analyzing different types of multi-omic data (e.g., genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic).
- Identifying new diagnostic markers and pathways for early detection.
Must have:
- PhD/MsC in Biostatistics or a related field with 5+ years experience in multi-omic analysis
- Experience integrating multi-omic (DNA, RNA, protein expression) for diagnostic purposes.
- Strong background in descriptive and predictive statistics.
- Extensive programming experience.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
