Job Title: Application Systems Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (Long-Term)

Role Overview

The Application Systems Analyst/Programmer Senior provides technical leadership and hands‑on support for enterprise systems, AV infrastructure, digital media, modern collaboration platforms, and custom application development. The role ensures continuity of mission‑critical services, optimizes workflows, and delivers secure, reliable, and accessible technology solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain AV infrastructure, streaming tools, and conference room equipment.
  • Provide live‑event support for streaming, recording, and remote integration.
  • Coordinate with AV/platform vendors for quotes, upgrades, and escalations.
  • Schedule and support internal and external AV events.
  • Manage video downloads, archival, and environment transitions.
  • Transcode and prepare video files for compatibility, performance, and accessibility.
  • Organize and catalog media for long‑term storage; maintain lifecycle documentation.
  • Produce, edit, and upload podcasts; manage feeds, metadata, and compliance.
  • Coordinate webinars, including scheduling, setup, dry runs, and moderation.
  • Edit and publish recordings ensuring accessibility, metadata accuracy, and retention compliance.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 (M365).
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites (information architecture, lists/libraries, pages, permissions).
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and optimize platform usability.
  • Develop and maintain .NET applications (C#/ASP.NET) for internal tools and integrations.
  • Support marketing automation platforms, data governance, and integrations.
  • Provide organization‑wide application support and coordinate with technical teams and vendors.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Establish governance, ALM practices, environment strategies, and data loss prevention policies.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, M365, and line‑of‑business systems.
  • Administer Docu Sign templates, envelopes, and user permissions.
  • Design end‑to‑end eSignature workflows with audit trails, retention, and compliance alignment.
  • Provide user training and documentation for workflow solutions.
  • Support procurement and vendor engagement activities.
  • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to onboarding and training of new hires or backups.
  • Partner with internal teams to align technology solutions with operational needs.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and end users.
  • Participate in planning and governance forums to improve service reliability, accessibility, and security.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in application systems analysis/programming in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with AV/streaming platforms and digital media workflows.
  • Hands‑on .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, SQL).
  • SharePoint site development/administration, Teams/M365 support, and marketing automation operations.
  • Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) with governance best practices.
  • Docu Sign administration and workflow design, including integrations with M365/SharePoint/Power Platform.
  • Source control (Git), CI/CD fundamentals, testing, secure coding, logging/monitoring.
  • API‑based integrations across enterprise systems.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage live incidents effectively.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives with clear prioritization.
  • Commitment to accessibility, security, and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, M365 Administrator, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Media production experience (video tuning/transcoding, podcast production).
  • Experience with video CDN platforms, media asset management, or enterprise content delivery.
