In this role, you will partner closely with Campground leads, agencies, product teams, and internal stakeholders to execute critical aspects of Campground operations. Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as a key connector between the Campground CoE, product marketing, creative/production agencies, research, and partner teams.
  • Track and route approvals, ensure assets are delivered on time, and help drive alignment across teams.
  • Support internal communications, meeting cadences, and documentation to keep planning efficient and transparent.
Onsite Event Support
  • Provide onsite support at major events to ensure Campground opens effectively and operates smoothly.
  • Assist with daily walkthroughs, staffing check-ins, signage/demos validation, and real-time escalation of issues.
  • Gather live insights from experiences to support mid-event improvements.
Reporting And Strategic Business Operations

  • Help build recap reports, pulling key metrics and insights into clear summaries for internal and executive audiences.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across data sources and event programs.
