We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to play a critical role in the development of Arcwood’s digital transformation roadmap, designing, and overseeing the organization’s IT landscape to align with business goals. This role will act as a strategic advisor to organizational leadership, a bridge between the business and the IT function, and a catalyst for change by driving modernization, reliability, and scalability for a growing organization undergoing significant technological transformations.

As the Enterprise Architect you will play a critical role in the development of Arcwood's digital transformation roadmap, designing, and overseeing the organization’s IT landscape to align with business goals.

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Conducts analysis of current landscape and identifies existing gaps and opportunities for immediate and long‑term improvement.
• Coordinates with functional and organizational leaders and translates business transformation objectives into actionable architecture blueprints; ensures alignment between technological abilities and strategic initiatives.
• Serves as a key leader in the selection, design and integration of new solutions that complement current Arcwood processes and systems.
